2. No Chargebacks for Valid Orders

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for:

• Custom or made-to-order items that were completed as requested

• Orders that have been successfully delivered to the address provided

• Delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control

3. Dispute Resolution Process

If there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact Boodl3 LLC first to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. We are committed to working with customers to find fair solutions when appropriate.

4. Evidence in Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Boodl3 LLC reserves the right to provide the following evidence to the payment processor or financial institution:

• Proof of purchase and transaction confirmation

• Order details and customer approval of customizations

• Shipping and delivery confirmation (including tracking information)

• Communication records between the customer and Boodl3 LLC

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback is considered a violation of this policy. Boodl3 LLC reserves the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence

• Refuse future service to the customer

• Pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels if necessary
